To further strengthen our team, we are now looking for an Implementation Manager who will ensure our customers are successfully onboarded and realize maximum value from our solutions.
Role Overview
As an Implementation Manager, you will lead customer onboarding projects from start to finish. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers during the project phase, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, and rollout of the Surikat platform. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams while guiding customers through best practices in operational digitization. You will help leading and high profile logistics enterprises around the world with truly business critical operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end customer implementation projects.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand operational workflows and business objectives, and translate that into best practice setup of our SaaS offering.
Effectively steer and coach project members to ensure qualitative and timely deliveries.
Document Solution proposals and specifications and ensure project scope is clear and aligned between all parties.
Configure Surikat applications to align with customer needs and operational KPIs.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
Manage project budget and commercials
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and UAT cycles.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements.
Ensure customers achieve a smooth go-live and transition to Customer Success.
Provide input to product teams based on customer feedback and implementation insights.
What We’re Looking For
Relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or solution delivery (SaaS preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong functional/business process aptitude and the ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable leading workshops, training, and working with both operational and IT teams.
Self-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
Background in logistics, supply-chain, maritime, or freight operations is not a hard requirement but a strong plus.
Business minded and result driven
Possibility to travel for customer activities (workshops, trainings, go-live and hypercare)
Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written
As Implementation Manager you report to our Head of Implementation. The position is full-time and to succeed (and have the most fun) in this role you should be able to work most of the time from our stunning office in Gothenburg.
